 I couldn't do anything with the Ronnco skin so I got a VP and fixed it up. It's in the drop box now. All it needs is your call sign and ID letter and your set. I hope you all like it.

Don't get upset Bounder. I didn't say anything to criticize anyone, just personal preference. Post a blank in the box and I'll fix it. Correct roundels and all. I need to learn how to do this stuff anyway.

Now there are three choices in the P-40 line up. Damn this is getting complicated. I think I like the Ronnco best, but it seems to me the letters are a little to low to big and to close to the roundel IMHO.

Kinda hoping for a shark mouth P-40. I have also put the CH on the Spitfire Vb and c and placed them in the drop box in the desert folder. But for some reason the c is not working. If you could have a look at it I would appreciate it.

 Good to hear your still about Badger. No Fitz they are GT 460's, the 480 is in my other rig. Yes SLI is overkill for IL-2(it causes micro stutter) but it does work great for GTR2 and Crises and probably Storm Of War if it ever comes out. I run everything maxed out with no problem.

Yep you need to go to SAS and download the latest button file. Install it in MODS/ STD/ gui/ game/ buttons. Remove your old button file and replace with the new, DO NOT Overwrite. Then remove the "-" from your MODS file name and enjoy your new Helicopter. 

BlueDog in your mods folder there is a folder called STD. The path is MODS/ STD/ com/ maddox/ il2/ objects/ air. Do some exploring you should find it, if you can't I'll talk you through it on Sunday. Good luck it is a fun machine.

I've had mine (Saitek) for a couple of years now, never had a problem.

I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. To fix it I had to delete my files folder and add a backup files folder then do an update and restore. Anyway I think the problem happened because I inadvertently changed a JSGME setting wile the game was loading. Lesson learned (the hard way) don't do that. Make certain that the game is not loading before you make any changes to the JSGME and zero out the JSGME (clean slate) before you change the game type such as 409 to 201 or Zuti.
