Was reading a thread over at the Rof forums about how hard it is to spot stuff in game and came across this tip:

There is a startup.cfg file in 777\RoF\data which can be edited in notepad.  In it is a value for saturation.  Default seems to be 0.75 - I changed mine to 0.95, as per recommendation.  The result of this is more vibrant colours and I do think it makes it easier for me to pick out planes.  The downside is that you might consider the colours too garish, though I find them more realisitic.  There might also be a touch more "shimmer" at the horizon, but that's quite minor.  Anyway, it should be easy to change back, or experiment with different values.

Excellent tip FT, thanks for posting it! ;D
Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.
