Catapult in 4.10

I'm away from my gaming rig at the moment but I'm trying to organize my next campaign and can't test this myself right now.

Does the carrier catapult work in vanilla 4.10?

I'm afraid not Conky.......you can only increase carrier speed to max to try and get maximum weight off the deck.
