"Just going to turn the telly down honey."

"Why?"

"So I can chat to the chaps."

"What do you mean?"

"So I can chat to the chaps and shoot stuff."

Bottom lip comes out "You could chat to me"

"But you don't shoot stuff"

Bottom lip comes out further.

Turns telly back up and sits, both of us with bottom lips out.

Sounds like you'd best ask her how her day was before she gets into a real sulk....

and by the way that really did make me laugh   You could let her know that when Mrs Fitz wants my attention when I'm on the computer she just takes her top off. See if that works for you....
