That made me wince; well bent the wing there, engine buggered to no doubt, write off perhaps? Looks like one of my take-off attempts in an I-185.
The comments below the footage....armchair pilots    Not one of 'em wondered if the hapless pilot is okay.

Looked like the dreaded "sticky brake key" to me...If you watch through the vid there's an interesting mix of reactions amongst the helpers when it looks like something might go bang.
